White Dip (cottage cheese or cream cheese)


PREPARATION
Mix the cheese you chose with the dill or mint, the olive oil, lemon, salt and onion.

If the mix is too thick, pour a little of soy milk (or the juice from the pickle can), making your mix a soft cream.

Once all the ingredients are incorporated, pour this in a crystal bowl and garnish with the pickles or olives. This dip works wonderfully with breads, snacks, tortilla chips, etc.

INGREDIENTS 

1 cup of cottage cheese (it can be replaced for cream cheese or ricotta)
1/4 tbsp of dill or mint (or both); washed, disinfected and minced.
5 tbsp. of olive oil (or to taste)
The juice of 1/2 lemon (according to taste)
Organic salt to taste
Olives or pickles to taste
2 tbsp. of minced onion
A little of soy milk
