Thousand Islands Dressing

PREPARATION
Boil the eggs for 5 to 7 minutes. Allow cooling, remove the shell and mash.

Mix the eggs with the rest of the ingredients in a container and season to taste.
Keep in the fridge until serving.

Note: To save calories you can remove the ketchup, use tomato sauce and add a sweetener. Replace the thick cream for skimmed milk.

2 hard boiled eggs, chopped or mashed
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
½ cup of ketchup
1/2 cup of thick cream
1/2 cup of minced onion
1/2 cup of chopped pepper
1 tbsp. of Indian relish
Salt
