Roasted garlic dip

PREPARATION
 
Preheat the oven to 400° F. Separate the bulbs of garlic, without removing the skin and place them in a baking tray.

 Cover the garlic with the oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast the garlic for 20-30 minutes.

Cut the garlic stem. Peel and discard the skin. Place the roasted garlic in a container and sprinkle the salt, mash the garlic with a fork.

 Mix the garlic and mayonnaise, yogurt and mustard.

2 fresh garlic cloves
1 tbsp of oil     
4 tbsp of mayonnaise     
5 tbsp of natural yogurt
1 tbsp of mustard     
Salt and pepper to taste
