Mint dip

PREPARATION
Blend the sunflower seeds alone. When processed, add the water (1/2 cup). When it turns creamy, add the mint and the rest of the ingredients and blend everything together.

If the blend is too thick, add more water. This can be used as dip or as dressing for lettuce, spinach or any kind of salad seasoning.

INGREDIENTS 

1 cup of sunflower seeds
Water
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 minced garlic clove
1/4 cup of fresh mint
The juice of 5 or 7 lemons (according to taste)
Organic salt to taste
1/4 onion, minced
3 tbsp. of soy sauce
