Mayonnaise and watercress dip

PREPARATION

Mix the mayonnaise, the watercress leaves, salt and a pinch of sugar it is important to not add too much or we will lose the flavor of the dip.

Mix everything.

Place it in the fridge to cool or if you prefer you can use it at room temperature.

1/2 cup of watercress leaves; washed, dry and processed or minced
Salt to taste
A pinch of sugar
