Mayonnaise and basil dip

PREPARATION

 Place the egg yolks and lemon juice in a food processor or blender and mix them briefly.

 In a separate container, mix both oils.

With the processor on, add the oil gradually.

 Combine both mixes until the consistency is thick as mayonnaise.

 Mince the basil with your hands into small pieces and add the mayonnaise, add the garlic and season. Transfer into a container.

2 egg yolks     
1 tbsp of lemon juice
2/3 cups of olive oil     
2/3 cups of sunflower oil     
5 leaves of fresh basil
4 cloves of garlic (crushed)
Salt and pepper to taste
