PREPARATION
Beat a can of artichoke hearts, draining the liquid, with a cup of mayonnaise and a can of Parmesan cheese (the real one, because the envelope kind is not real Parmesan).
Place in an oven dish and bake for 15 minutes.
When browned, remove and serve warm with toasted breads or toasted pita bread.
Really good and they will never know they're artichokes.
