Lobster cream

PREPARATION
Boil the milk.

On the side, boil the water and the envelope of cream. Be careful and stir every now and then so it doesn't stick. Cook for 5 minutes.

Mix both things and add the brandy and the butter. Leave it for half a minute, stirring.

Serve immediately.
It works great with fish sticks and shrimp.

1 envelope of "lobster cream"
1 tbsp. of brandy
A thimble of butter
