Light yogurt dressing

PREPARATION
Place the yogurt, tomatoes chopped in pieces, parsley, and grated radish in the blender cup. Blend well and remove from the cup. Place in a jar and season with lemon juice, salt, peppers and oregano.

It is appropriate to season salads and we avoid oil by using this recipe.    


INGREDIENTS 
1 cup of natural, skimmed yogurt
2 medium, ripe tomatoes; peeled
1 tbsp of minced parsley
3 grated radish
1 tbsp of lemon juice
Salt, pepper and oregano
