Once you have these ingredients, we can begin preparing the Italian dip following these instructions:
Grate the shallots and mince the basil.
Combine the vinegar with the wine, salt and freshly ground pepper. Beat until the salt dissolves.
Add the oil. Add the shallots and basil. Pour the dip on a salad as dressing or dip your carrot sticks in it.
