(This dip is rich in vitamin E and vegetable fats for your skin and hair)
PREPARATION
Place two peeled avocados in a bowl (leave the bone in the bowl). Mix and mash the avocados with a fork.
Add the minced onion, lemon, soy sauce, cumin, a little of water and salt. Mix everything. Blend the olive oil with the garlic clove and add to the mix.
Once everything is mixed, turn over onto a mold (leave the avocado bones inside so it doesn't turn brown) and decorate with the coriander and sesame on top.
This dip is ideal for parties. Serve it with snacks, breads, pizza, sandwiches, chips, etc.

The juice of 5 or 7 lemons (according to taste)
2 tbsp. of soy sauce
1/2 tbsp of ground cumin
1 tbsp of sesame (optional)

1/4 onion, minced
Water
1 cups of olive oil
Organic salt to taste
