Florentine Dip

PREPARATION

Place the minced garlic in the oil 1 hour before using and cover the container.

Sprinkle a leaf salad with the cheese.

Season and, lastly, pour the oil and stir lightly.

Note:
If you don't wish to use fresh garlic, replace it for 1 tbsp of powdered garlic.

INGREDIENTS 
1/2 cup of grated cheese
1/2 cup of chopped Roquefort cheese
6 tbsp of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp of lemon juice
½ tbsp of salt and pepper
