Chimichurri

PREPARATION

Mix the spices, place them in a glass jar and add the vinegar, oil and pepper.

Boil 1/2 cup of water and add a tbsp of salt. Remove, allow cooling and add to the preparation.

Note:
This dressing will serve for any grilled meat.

Inside a glass jar, in the fridge, it can be conserved for several months.

3 tbsp of oregano
2 tbsp of ground pepper
2 tbsp of minced parsley
8 minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp of dry rosemary
100 ml of vinegar
200 ml of oil
Salt and pepper
