Bagna Cauda

To prepare Bagna Cauda you will need the following ingredients:

PREPARATION

Once you have these ingredients, we can begin preparing the Bagna Cauda following these instructions:

Heat the oil and butter until the butter is blended and forms foam. It shouldn't be reheated. Add the garlic and sauté briefly.

It shouldn't change color. Add the anchovies over very soft flame, stirring frequently until they have dissolved forming a paste. Add the cream and heat without boiling.

Add the salt (taste before doing this), stir and serve with vegetables, bread, etc.
